Signing in

You can sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, or create a username and password directly. Setting up a username and password is entirely optional — it exists only so you can recover your account later without Google or Apple. You can set it up, skip it, or add it any time from Profile → Account recovery.

Syncing across devices

Your niyams, check-ins, and practice data are stored securely and synced automatically across your devices once you're signed in.

Niyam types

When you add a custom niyam, you can choose how it's tracked:

Count
A number you're working toward, like 108 jap or 51 pranams.
Minutes
A duration in hours and minutes — pick it by scrolling, just like the Clock app's timer.
Days / hours / minutes
For a vow measured in longer stretches of time than a single sitting.
Types (checklist)
A set of items you define yourself — for example Cardio, Yoga, Strength, Walk, Stretch. The niyam counts as done for the day once every item on your list is checked off.
Yes / No
A simple daily check-in with no number attached.

Country and state/region options cover most places our sadhaks live or travel for work, including India, the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and dozens more — with an "Other" option for anywhere not listed.

Editing a past day

Tap any earlier date to open it, then adjust the actual amount you completed — whether you finished less than planned or made up for it with extra later. Your dashboard totals always reflect what you actually logged, alongside what your vow adds up to over that period, so you can see if you're still on pace with your real commitment even if a single day didn't hit 100%.

Niyam Bank

Some days you'll naturally do more than a niyam's target. When that happens, you'll be offered a chance to bank the extra — for example, doing 150 jap against a target of 108 banks the 42 you did beyond it. That balance is yours to draw on later, on a day you can't complete the niyam live, including a day you already know is coming, like travel. Using it tops that day up to its target and deducts the amount from your balance.

Banking is entirely optional and only offered for niyams tracked by count, minutes, or duration — a Yes/No or checklist niyam has no notion of "extra," so there's nothing to bank. You can also add to or correct a balance directly from the bank screen (tap the treasure chest icon) at any time, independent of your daily logging.

Fasting

Mark whether you fasted on a given day and, if you like, the type of fast. If you want to log the exact stretch of time you fasted, you can optionally add a day/hour/minute duration too — this is entirely optional, and your day-count total is unaffected either way.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete my account.

Leaderboard

The leaderboard is optional and off by default. You can turn it on or off any time from your Profile. While it's off, nothing about you is visible to anyone else. When it's on, other people can see your display name, your state or country, your points and level, your streaks, and the names and completion percentages of your practices. Your notes and day-by-day entries are never shown.

Community guidelines

The leaderboard is a shared, public space. There is zero tolerance for:

Display names and practice names are screened automatically before they're published to anyone else. Accounts that break these rules are removed from the leaderboard, and serious or repeated violations mean losing access to the account entirely.

Reporting someone

Tap the ⋯ next to any name on the leaderboard, choose a reason, and send. We review every report within 24 hours and remove offending content and users. Reporting someone also blocks them for you straight away, so you don't have to wait on us.

If you'd rather report by email — or you want to report something urgent — write to mananbhakta8@gmail.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.

Blocking someone

Tap the ⋯ next to their name and choose Just block. They disappear from your leaderboard immediately. Blocking is private — the other person is never told. You can see everyone you've blocked, and unblock them, under Profile → Blocked people.
